What is collected
If you ask for Chapter One, this site stores the first name and email address you type into that form. If you use the contact form, it sends the name, email address, subject and message you wrote to the author's inbox. Nothing else about you is stored by the site itself.
Why
The email address is used to send you the first chapter and, occasionally, a note about the book and what comes next. The contact form exists so that a reply can reach you. Neither address is sold, rented or shared for any other purpose.
Who processes it
Your email address is stored on this site's own hosting, and the chapter is sent from the author's mailbox on the same domain. Contact messages are delivered to that mailbox too. Anonymous visit statistics are collected by Google Analytics, which records pages viewed and roughly where in the world the visit came from. Your address is not passed to any other company.
How long it is kept
Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe, at which point it is removed. Contact messages are kept as ordinary correspondence and deleted when they are no longer needed.
Unsubscribing
Write to the address below and you will be removed from the list the same day. You do not have to give a reason. Once a mailing service is in place, every email will also carry a one-click unsubscribe link.
Getting your data removed
To ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted, write to hello@rehabradil.com and it will be done.
